Search the profile, not a copied name
A visible Rust or Steam name is easy to copy. It can also be changed after a raid, recruitment post, trade, or server dispute.
A profile link is a stronger starting point because it points to an account. A SteamID64 is stronger still because it stays stable even when the vanity URL or display name changes.
